Safe Teen 100 featured at Allan Vigil on Saturday 11/20

Safe America’s visit to Allan Vigil on November 20th, 2010 was a success, having many teens show up to compete for the Safe Teen 100 braking contest!! Teens were able to test their driving abilities on the driving simulators and learned the effects drinking can have on a driver.
Sponsored by Allan Vigil Ford, The Allstate Foundation, Montlick & Associates and Pepsi, teens were able to test their braking skills and compete in Safe America’s Safe Teen 100 competition! The teens with the fastest break times will be eligible to compete to win a new Ford Focus this upcoming spring! This week, we had two winners: Nikki and Khayla!!
Also present at the event was WSB Radio’s Captain Herb and Clayton County Commissioner Eldrin Bell. For more information on our upcoming events or for information on how your teen can compete to win a new Ford Focus, contact Mary Lou at Marylou.pagano@safeamerica.org or (770)973-7233.

Remember, Exit 2 Text it. Pull over.. Don’t text and drive!!!
